What is Over?

The trader-owned prop trading launchpad on Solana.

  • Trade. Pay one entry fee and trade up to $50,000 on real order books. The entry fee is the most you can lose.
  • Host. Launch your own trading mission. You set the rules and fund the rewards; Over checks the risk, scores every trade and pays the winners.
  • Own. Traders and hosts share in what Over earns. Every rule and result is on Solana for anyone to check.
  • Two clear limits. A static drawdown floor that never moves, and a daily loss limit that resets every day at 00:00 UTC.

Talent is everywhere. Capital isn’t.

Good traders are everywhere. Capital is not. The same correct call on NVDA earnings is worth $50 on a $500 account and $5,000 on a $50,000 one. The difference is not skill. It is size. So most good traders are underpaid for being right, and most of the world never finds out who they are.

Prop firms exist to close that gap. They lend size in exchange for proof. The trouble is the proof. It often takes two or three evaluation phases and weeks of waiting, and the rules end up rewarding patience with the process more than skill at the market.

A launchpad, not a house

Most prop firms are the house. They write the rules, keep the record and do better when you lose. Over is a launchpad instead: anyone can host a trading mission on it, and Over is the infrastructure underneath.

As a trader you pay one entry, get up to $50,000 of trading power on stock and crypto perps, and trade it. Hit your target inside the rules and you are paid in USDC on Solana. Miss it and the entry is the most you lose. The mission asks one question: can you make money on real prices, under fixed rules, without leaning on a single lucky bet?

As a host you design that mission. You pick the markets, the target, the limits and the entry, and fund the reward pool. Over prices the risk before it opens, runs every order against the live book and pays the winners from your pool. See Trader-owned.

Why stocks

Tokenized stock perps are a new onchain primitive for trading stocks, and Over is built around them. We want more people to be able to trade them without putting much of their own money on the line. You pay one entry fee and trade a larger simulated account.

Markets

Over is built around tokenized stock, crypto and commodity markets. The instruments available depend on your mission.

InstrumentWhat you tradeStatus
Stock perpsPerpetual futures that track a stock price, such as NVDA, AAPL and AMD, plus BTC and other cryptoLive
Stock oddsPrediction markets on stock earnings, price levels, IPOs and index movesSoon
Fast markets5-minute to 1-hour up/down markets on BTC, ETH and SOLSoon
CommoditiesPrediction markets on oil, gold and other commoditiesSoon

You never own the referenced stock, token or contract. Over uses the venue’s prices to score a simulated position.

Scalar pricing

A pricing curve sets the entry fee, and rule bands set the target, duration and drawdown. The drawdown is static: the floor sits 5% below your starting balance and never moves, and a 3% daily loss limit caps how much you can lose in one day.

Perpetual prop trading

Perpetual missions come later. Missions get simpler and the rates become dynamic: instead of one flat rulebook for every market, each market is priced for the risk it actually carries, because every market carries risk differently. This is how we remodel risk. A trader who finds an edge in a quiet, unpopular market takes on risk the crowd is avoiding, so they are paid more for it, while piling into the crowded trade earns less. The more original the edge, the better the deal. See Trader-owned for where it goes next.
